Well traveled photographer Craig Weatherby’s involvement with Seattle based Manik skateboards was revealed in an extensive collection of photo print tees and decks last season. Continuing on this theme, the two have paired up on a simple New Era cap. The outside visuals are minimalistic, however the silk lining features extensive photos of some of Weatherby’s photography. Two styles are available now at Caliroots.
To pop off the Push Project Art Show, a three way collaboration saw retailer Atlas, skate brand Manik and New York artist Nish to create a collection of t-shirts and skatedecks. Unlike conventional board art, the art is designed on reinspired skate boards. The two decks featured here were done by Andrew Pommier and Jeff Proctor. Stop by Atlas in San Mateo to check out the art show.
Skating brand, Manik Skateboards, has dropped some of their newest items from their Spring ‘08 collection at GOODS. Products include the Last Supper tee, the Dreamcatcher tee, the Cock Fight tee, the Nylon Stadium jacket and the Last Supper Cap. There are of course some new skate decks as well with similar graphics as the tees. Available now at GOODS.
