(COMMUNE) 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Part 2

(COMMUNE) 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Part 2

For many years, the low brow aesthetic embodied by (COMMUNE) had definitely not gone unnoticed in the fashion world with brands like Junya Watanabe, Vivienne Westwood and Jun Takahashi each producing collections with their own creative interpretation. However, one integral part was missing in the eyes of (COMMUNE), a lack of authenticity from these high end labels as they represented this outlaw style. As a brand, (COMMUNE) choose no titles or categorizations. They are neither a streetwear brand nor a contemporary men’s label. They are simply a brand that makes quality apparel while keeping true to their desires of quality and the concepts they hold. (COMMUNE) 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Part 1 Image: HYPEBEAST

(COMMUNE) 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Part 1

Like many brands, (COMMUNE) was born out of the personal necessity to fill a void. (COMMUNE) set out to create a brand which took back certain elements prevalent in other forms of fashion and produce it on a more authentic level. The inspirations of bikes and cars of the outlaw nature is not a new concept, however there are few if any brands completing the full circle and encompassing design and quality together as one. Enter (COMMUNE) and their 2007 Fall/Winter Collection. Here’s the first taste of a four part look at their exciting and invigorating line which includes their cut & sew and t-shirt offerings. A full list of retailers can be seen at (COMMUNE)’s site. Image: HYPEBEAST
