(COMMUNE) 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Part 1

Like many brands, (COMMUNE) was born out of the personal necessity to fill a void. (COMMUNE) set out to create a brand which took back certain elements prevalent in other forms of fashion and produce it on a more authentic level. The inspirations of bikes and cars of the outlaw nature is not a new concept, however there are few if any brands completing the full circle and encompassing design and quality together as one. Enter (COMMUNE) and their 2007 Fall/Winter Collection. Here’s the first taste of a four part look at their exciting and invigorating line which includes their cut & sew and t-shirt offerings. As a teacher and photographer Joseph Szabo developed a strong relationship with his students. In the mid 70s, a few of his students enticed him to join them on a trip to Pennsylvania from Long Island to see The Rolling Stones, well in reality we had a suspicion the kids wanted to bum a ride. Szabo captured 90,000 Stones fans in a frenzy. He teamed up with Australian superbrand PAM to produce two t-shirts and a book titled Rolling Stones Fans. Available now through bonjour records.
