Japanese hat brand CA4LA teamed up with the Andy Warhol Foundation to reproduce some of Warhol’s trademark work on a series of CA4LA caps. The Andy Warhol Foundation was founded following Warhol’s death as an institution for the continual promotion of visual arts. The caps are currently available at CA4LA. Prices vary from ¥6,300 – ¥7,875 (approximately $57 USD – $71 USD).
Japanese hat and accessories brand CA4LA recently released some more caps as part of their 2007 Fall Collection. CA4LA boasts a large range of different designers providing a large wealth of creative resources creating new models. Included among the releases are a baseball style cap as well as a rabbit fur Homburg and a metallic Fedora. Available now at CA4LA.
The hat specialist CA4LA store is celebrating its 2nd anniversary with Japanese online retailer Zozotown. To commemorate this event, a series of special limited edition hats were created. The caps embody a more liberal design aesthetic with re-inspirations on some classic silhouettes. Some of the caps are currently available while others are on a pre-order basis and will release later this year.
