Shin Tanaka’s claim to fame within the Japanese sneaker was via his paper creations of sneakers he wasn’t able to afford as a youngster. This led to the creation of other different toys while researching material for graffiti projects. For many of Shin’s designs, only one model is created however he does give the option for others to purchase paper templates that they can recreate themselves.
Shin’s collaboration with Onitsuka results in a Mexcio ‘66 model you can freely download. By customizing the paper model to your liking you stand the chance of winning your very own personalized pair of Mexico ’66’s from Onitsuka.

UNDFTD and W)taps are releasing this upcoming One Badman’s Outfit tee using the classic UNDFTD “feet” design. With its origins as a sneaker store out of California, UNDFTD has been making a lot of progress as a worldwide brand with new stores in Japan, and many collaborations. W)taps has become a staple in Japanese fashion for it’s military inspired motifs which originally began in 1996. W)taps has also gained a lot of recognition with last year’s (as well as this years) collaboration with the Vans Syndicate line.
Here’s a look at upcoming sample Dunk High Iron Tweed’s. Immediate references are probably drawn to previous Tweed and Iron SBs hence the name. The implication of tweed is was done quite well alongside the grey upper. For those unable to attain neither Tweed’s or Iron’s, these will release as GR meaning general release (not too limited).

X-Large and Gravis have collaborated to release this upcoming pack. This pack will include a backpack (integrated laptop storage compartment and iPod port), a pair of thong sandals (high cushion EVA) as well as a fanny pack. These will begin releasing on April 28th.

DC Shoes have continued their initial collaboration with sneaker customizer Methamphibian to release a 2nd series of exclusive sneakers. Four new models are slated to release, the first three involve a colored leopard print upper and contrasting skull/girl images on the left and right sneaker. A 4th model is nice clean white colorway with black accents. Check in for more details

We first saw the Supreme and W)Taps collaboration on Honeyee, and now thanks to the Supreme website we find out that they will be dropping in the states on April 26th. This military inspired collection will include an M-65 Jacket, cargo pants, shorts, military jacket, camo top, a bucket hat and three tees.
Lacoste have just unveiled a look at their Fall 2007 Stealth Line, and definitely some nice clean sneakers are on the agenda. No frills no gimmicks here just simple classics’s that will go with anything you decide to throw on for the day.
