Yesterday we released some info regarding a potential Nike SB x Canada release with apparel and sneakers. With mislabeled it Canada x Nike SB when in reality it’s a collaboration between Nike SB and United Front. Regardless, two of the shoes pictured are the Team Edition and the new Harbor with a rumored 3rd Dunk on the way. With the apparel included, this may mark the first time a collaborative effort with Nike SB has yielded matching apparel as well. Check the full pictures after the jump!

From what I understand, some of these are part of Nike’s I-95 Air Force 1 pack that bases it’s colorways based on various points on interest in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York City such as parks, AAU programs, shoe stores etc. You’ll definitely see a large use of 3M croc uppers, as well as some more conservative colorways. Consider yourself lucky if you find a pair because not everyone will be able to get their hands on these but if you do.

Matt George (of GDFT) has just revealed some teaser pictures regarding an upcoming Canada inspired SB release.
One of the problems that continually faces Canadian media is sometimes insufficient Canadian content. When SCTV was confronted over this very problem, Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas would solve this problem via the way of “The McKenzie Brothers”, an embodiment (albeit a bit stereotypical) of Canucks.
The Canadian SB line will take such influences as the McKenzie brothers alongside traditional winter gear and fabrics all while keeping it things fun and light hearted, Canadian styles.
Here is the line up of the kicks that will be released on April 7th from Greedy Genius. There are a couple interesting designs in this collection including the Paris Dakar Rally Map sneaker as well as the 3M reflective shoes in yellow and blue colorway.

Almost 40 million people worldwide have the misfortune of living with AIDS. (Product) Red joined the fight against AIDS by initiating the private sector in the promotion of awareness of AIDS. A significant amount of the sale of Red products will go towards The Global Fund to finance various AIDS programs in Africa.
Dave Ortiz (of DQM) used many symbols on this Chuck Taylor’s that depicted the fight against AIDS in Africa. On the outer heel an ankh is used to symbolize life, on the inner heel an Egyptian Chnoubis serpent symbol represents protection from disease and poison, and a back heel symbol represents blood. Ortiz has always been a fan of Chuck Taylor’s however he would always give his Chuck Taylor High’s the surgical treatment and trim them down. The DQM x Chuck Taylor could be considered the first Chuck Taylor mid as it possess 6 lace holes rather then the regular 5 and 8 holes seen on the low and high respectively.
Help the fight against AIDS in style!
