Designed by Piet Parra, this Nike Air Max 1 “Amsterdam” sample is the first sample of the Capitol Series. These samples were actually rejected by Nike but a final version will be on it’s way! Even if you don’t like the shoe, you got to love the insoles and hopefully the insoles will make it to final version of the shoe.

Customized sneakers is another form of artistic output where the artist uses the shoe as a blank canvas. ST0404, a Singapore based artist, is one of those artists. ST0404 has been customizing for quite some time and this time he works with Frontallabs KNDG to create this brand new collaboration called “Statement”. The Nike Dunk used has been carefully re-designed and you can see the details such as the crocodile style skin on the side and the pink textured swoosh. Overall, another great custom by ST0404 and hopefully we’ll see more of these in the future.

If you’re serious about jogging, then this tool might come in handy. It’s the NikeRunning.com Training Log. It allows you to “track your daily runs, races, cross training – plus fitness vitals and shoe mileage”. You can also choose from different expert programs and apply it to your daily calender plus you will be able to see graphs of your performance over time. It’s all free or charge as well. Even if you’re not a runner, the shoe mileage tracker could be useful. You can now track your daily mileage on your Nike Dunks or Air Force Ones.

If I could only do one crossword puzzle for the rest of my life, it would be this one. This crossword puzzle artwork dubbed “The Game Can’t Wait” is by the Twelve Bar Crew over in the UK. Sneaker fans will immediately recognize that the answers to the crossword puzzle are all names and nicknames from the Nike Dunk SB line. It is cleverly put together and I wouldn’t mind having one of these hanging on my wall. Hopefully they will be available for sale in the future.
This is the brand new Futura Nosferatu by Eric So. It’s a 16 inch figure and will be produced by 360 Toy Group in very limited quantities. It will be available in mid April. Good luck acquiring one of these!
