With basketball at the heart of their roots, UNDRCRWN is set to unveil their 2008 Spring collection in accordance with NCAA March Madness. The preview follows a similar plot line with NCAA greats finding their way on to several t-shirts. As previously mentioned, the World Wide Bape Heads Show which will have performances by Kanye West, N.E.R.D., Nigo and the Teriyaki Boyz will be taking place in Hong Kong on April 10th. Jeff Koons’ announced solo exhibitions for 2008 will see the heralded and controversial artist open shows in Chicago, New York and Versailles later this year. The artist best known for his kitsch style should provide some interesting and provocative sculptures and paintings starting off April 29th of next month at “Jeff Koons on the Roof”. Aside from the debut at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, other shows include “Jeff Koons” at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art (May 31st – September 21st) and “Jeff Koons” at the Chateau de Versailles (Septemeber).
