Neighborhood has a new flag shop which just opened on October 8th in Japan. The new shop is called Black Flag. What they have in stock are brands likes Neigborhood, W)Taps, SVG, Philosophy, Wolf’s Head and more. You can already feel how great the shop is going to be.
