M&M, the Japanese company that enjoys making furniture pieces as well as clothing, has released some new household items as well as some new pants. Furniture wise, they have released a M&M table, a bench and two type of ashtrays. Clothing wise, they have released a pair of denim as well as a couple pair of pants. If you want some nice and unique furniture pieces without going to Ikea, you should definitely check out M&M. Available now at CRUISIN.
The Hundreds which has exponentially grew these past few year has taken some teaser pictures of what’s to come for 2008 and posted it on their blog. Included in some of their upcoming projects are a pair of shoes, a watch, a toy (I think) and a pair of denim. Look for these projects to be released near the end of 2008.

Every year companies will launch products based of the current Chinese lunar year. 2007 which was the year of the pig has just past us and 2008 is the year of the rat so for this occasion, Stussy has taken the rat as an inspiration and created a “Rat Patrol” collection. The Rat Patrol collection will include t-shirts, long sleeve tees and a coach jacket. All items in this series will come in either black or white. They are now available at Stussy Japan.
Drifting has picked up popularity in the States recently with movies like The Fast and the Furious and animes like Initial D. DC Shoe has teamed up with Team Orange Drift Team from Japan on the Kumakubo Pro model. This shoe which is made for driving features an orange/yellow/black colorway. No word on when this will be coming out but folks who like to drive should keep an eye out for this one.

That pretty much wraps it up as another year of mind numbing products we’ve probably coaxed some of you into buying. This year has been one of our best yet and thanks for the continued support. We hope to look towards some good things next year. We wish everybody around the world a Happy New Years and best of luck in 2008.
Set to release soon are series of retro offerings from Reebok in some old school colorways. Aside from the lone ERS Racer, the other models are from Reebok’s back catalog of Pump running and court styles. Within the last year we’ve seen a huge push from Reebok to bring to light their older Pump styles. Be on the look out for these early next year as they hit select Reebok dealers.

DC Shoes in association with Subtext will present a special exhibition titled Kicks late next month. The event will include a series of customized sneakers from an extensive artist list enabling the artists to capture their creativity via various DC sneakers. The artists include Ronald Kurniawan, Angry Woebots, Ekundayo, Miles Donovan, Julie West, KMNDZ, Joshua Clay, David Foldvari, Josh Kenyon, Colby Nichols, Jasper Wong, Marco Zamora, James Jirat Patradoon, Corey Smith, Josh Taylor, Sandra Equihua, and Cole Gerst. The sneaker pictured above was customized by Angry Woebots. The opening reception is slated for January 25th and will run until February 17th at Subtext.
