Together Danish footwear brand Trim Sko and Japanese brand vendor collaborated to produce the Hardanger Boot. The modified hiking boot shape offers a lower profile with an unconventional shoe last which follows the contours of your toes. This is an offshoot from conventional styles which are designed with a uniform shape for the toebox. Colorways include black, light gray and beige. Available through hnyee.store.
The full compliment of Stussy x Levi’s pieces are now available in store at select Stussy stores. The collection includes raw and washed denim, a denim jacket and a t-shirt. Look for the co-branded collection to hit Stussy’s online stores in the next few days.
Forget the denim, Levi’s FLU goes the route of technical fabrics with their Consept Jersey Collection. We’d be weary of wearing an all-over print pair of sneakers which pictures banana totting monkeys, however a redeeming quality might be that cute girls take pity on you. Over a night of cheap Zinfandel wine, cheesy 80s Disco and coupled with the booming retro theme in New York, designers at Puma combined all that is 20 years ago to produce this version of the Disc Blaze. Abstract geometric patterns and loud colorways are thrown in to complete the package. No word yet on availability.

Outdoor enthusiast brand Marmot handed over the creative reins to Japanese brand Whiz for the 2007 Fall/Winter Collection. The two compliment each other as Marmot’s technologically advanced products are afforded an increased design flare from Whiz. Among the releases are the Unionhood and Union Jacket. Each jacket is reversible and features Solar Sensor technology. Solar Sensor tech absorbs the rays from the sun to increase insulating factor of the jackets fill. Both are available now at STLESS.
Skateboard label Lakai recently released their first ever video Fully Flared and captivated audiences worldwide. One only needs to check out the cinematic from the mini-trailers to see what people are saying. Check your local Lakai dealer for the DVD.

The Air Jordan XXIII will release next year and will undoubtedly mark a huge defining point in the Jordan legacy. Among the celebratory items releasing alongside the XXIII is this highly detailed basketball. The old school stylings of the ball are met with some intricate laser detailings with important Jordan imagery. No word yet on the release date.

We had hopes of doing a little reporting on North America’s biggest art event of the year on our own account, Art Basel Miami, unfortunately things didn’t materialize as we had hoped.
