This is the New Balance 576 in a pink colorway! Upper is fully suede plus perforated suede on parts of the shoe as well. It seems like they will be released in Spring 2006. Don’t know what you think but I’m kind of feeling it. Info from Crooked Tongues Forums.
Recon.com is now under construction for their new and upcoming site which will feature the Recon Fall 2005 collection and ReconMobile. ReconMobile is a service where you can download cool things for your cellphone from artist such as Stash and Futura. Sounds very interesting! Unfortunately I don’t live in Japan so I can’t get my hands on one of these Datmo Collaboration. Datmo is a cellular provider in Japan who has worked with Kaws, Bape, Andre and Medicom to create these “jackets” for the Panasonic P901i. Info via La MJC.

Since Union has the temporary store opened at 144N La Brea, they held a party to celebrate the opening last night. 5D has some pictures of the renovation party last night. A lot of cool stuff such as cool shoes and apparel were there. People who missed that can see the pictures HERE.

Kidrobot is having a little party in LA Thursday on August 25, 2005. They are going to announce the release of a limited edition clothing and music project entitled ƒ_oPUBLIC WORKSƒ__ with Obey Giant. The package is limited to 450 pieces ($169.99) in Kidrobot nationwide on September 1st, 2005. Of course, if you are in LA, you will have a chance to get them a week earlier at the release party.
