The Freshness Nike SB exhibition took place last night at Vital. Mega sneakerhead Billy Li had an opportunity to display his collection which consisted of many Nike SBs and other rare sneakers. The event was a great turn out as many sneakerheads and non-sneakerheads showed up. Thanks again to Vital, Freshness and Billy for making something happen in Vancity.
Two new Air Force 1’s “chosen 1”, or also known as the “Matrix”, have dropped around the world. Patent leather uppers, 1 black/white, the other white/black. The simplistic color scheme would match numerous outfits, and the bright patent is sure enough to catch anyone’s eye. These have been spotted in Europe and Asia. Hopefully these will hit a few urban Accounts.

Here is an exciting new line from Nike called Blue Ribbon Sports. Nike wants to revolutionize streetwear for the next generation with this new brand. Currently the Manhattan collection is out with the Brooklyn collection and the AF1 collection being released in August. They are available in selected boutiques or you can get it online. These are the Nike Air Max 360’s which will be released later this year. According to vcshoxj6 from Niketalk who posted these pictures, they are very light and are equiped with the BRS1000 sole which provides great traction. I’m really feeling the design of this runner. Just not feeling this colorway that much.
