Continuing the success his label John Elliott saw in 2016, this year designer John Elliott furthered his sportswear-inspired aesthetic with collection after collection of diverse garments. Additionally, his label collaborated with Omnidisc, SUICOKE, Blackmeans and Nike on a rework of the Vandal High. Despite building his brand off of sweats, Elliott has proved the growth and maturity in his creativity and design moving beyond the style limits many forcefully placed on him. Recently transitioning his showings to Paris Fashion Week, Elliott is part of an emerging movement of American designers shaking up the fashion world. With 2018 just around the corner we can definitely expect more releases that exhibit Elliott’s emerging talent.
