Watch Kygo Celebrate His Birthday at Ultra Singapore
The Singaporean-born producer came home to celebrate a landmark year.
Despite his distinctly Norwegian features and accent, Kygo was actually born in Singapore, so his appearance at Ultra Singapore over the weekend was actually a seriously impressive hometown set. To sweeten the deal, it was also the superstar producer’s birthday, so his manager and friend Myles decided to bring eight of his childhood best friends to Singapore and surprise him in his hotel before the show. A video posted to Kygo’s Facebook documents the reveal and captures their Ultra Singapore experience, including the moment his team brought out a cake and sang “Happy Birthday” with the enormous crowd.
