Michael Fassbender & Brendan Gleeson Star in British Crime Drama 'Trespass Against Us'
Fassbender returns to the big screen ahead of ‘Assassin’s Creed.’
Before the adaptation of Assassin’s Creed hits theaters this December, star Michael Fassbender is returning to the big screen in director Adam Smith’s British crime drama Trespass Against Us. According to its official synopsis:
Trespass Against Us is set across three generations of the Cutler family who live as outlaws in their own anarchic corner of Britain’s richest countryside. Chad Cutler (Michael Fassbender) is heir apparent to his bruising criminal father, Colby (Brendan Gleeson), and has been groomed to spend his life hunting, thieving and tormenting the police. But with his own son, Tyson (Georgie Smith), coming of age, Chad soon finds himself locked in a battle with his father for the future of his young family.
Ultimately, Gleeson’s character does everything he can to keep Chad, Tyson, and the rest of the family from seeking out another life, engineering a major heist to reel his son back in.
Scored by The Chemical Brothers, Trespass Against Us will hit theaters in the UK on November 16 before making its way to American theaters early next year.
