Find out If America's Most Expensive Korean BBQ Restaurant Is Worth the Price
The Wagyu beef here is so high-end it only listened to classical music.
Korean BBQ is usually seen as the antithesis to high-end dining, so New York City restaurant Kristalbelli deserves a second look. This video review from Eater looks at what makes Kristalbelli stand out – focusing on things such as its customized crystal grill and its tendency to use dry aged and Wagyu beef. In the video Yura Cho, the general manager of JYP Foods Inc (who own Kristalbelli), talks about how the crystal grill hits a higher temperature than regular grills as well as how their Wagyu beef is made in America from cows who are played a constant stream of classical music (and no, we’re not joking about that last point). Watch the review above and see if the restaurant is worthy of its price.
