After exploring the street food scene with a rather charming couple in the last episode, Huang teams up with the likes of food writer Jenny Gao and star chef Anthony Zhao for a more gastronomic perspective of the city. In addition to tasting a coffee made from animal droppings and a bowl of unique udon noodles, Huang also compares different versions of a Shanghai special – braised red pork.
