GANT 2014 Spring/Summer Collection

American heritage luxury brand GANT previews its upcoming spring/summer lineup, inspired by the aesthetic and energy that go with the perfect sunshine-splashed wedding. Channeling two particular themes, The Perfect Navy and Ocean Prep, the collection’s pieces all carry a feeling of relaxed luxury, appropriately dressed for the occasion while still leaving room to breathe. From semi-tailored pants made of stretch-cotton to weathered madras shirts and chinos, nods from European cultural influences are readily apparent. While Perfect Navy is angled more toward formality, Ocean Prep combines nautical and varsity themes for the festivities to follow after the ceremony with its fitted club blazer, breathable shirts and sun-bleached rugger. Suitably matched for the season are the soft colors chosen including cream and pale yellow that are paired with hits of indigo and red.
