Arctic Monkeys keep up their recent leakage of music by following up “Do I Wanna Know?” and “2013” with another song that asks a question for its title. “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?” is reminiscent of the British band’s 2009 release Humbug and will serve as the ninth track on Arctic Monkeys’ next album AM due out September 9.
