Lil Wayne's 'Tha Carter IV' Pushed Back to June
It appears that Big Sean isn’t the only artist whose album’s release date has been pushed back
It appears that Big Sean isn’t the only artist whose album’s release date has been pushed back from May to June. After a star-studded, yet unofficial tracklist for Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV appeared on the ‘net the other day, it turns out that fans won’t get to hear the album for an extra month. With its first single, “6 Foot 7 Foot,” steadily declining on the Billboard Hot 100 from its peak position of no. 9 and other highly-anticipated releases coming in May, such as Tyler, the Creator’s Goblin, the new release date for The Carter IV may give time for a second single to heat up the charts and the hype surrounding the album to build up even more. As of now there is no exact date for the album’s June release, but stay tuned for more info.
