One of the most showcased artist of the past years sees the presence of his work at the MOCA gallery. KAWS, whose pop-culture amalgamations have made appearances from billboards to museums, presents some of his earlier work re-appropriating advertisements with his skull-emblazoned logo. The pieces exhibit KAWS’s initial roots in graffiti and congenital street artist tampering.
