The workers at Roger’s factory are skilled artisans who have been meticulously practicing their craft for many years (some, including Roger himself, even start at the age of 15). Taking a great deal of pride in his work, Roger ensures that his chocolates are made with the highest quality ingredients and even has a garden where he grows his own mint and rosemary, and also keeps bees that produce honey. This level of excellence carries from the workshop to Roger’s store in Paris where customers flock to buy his fine chocolate creations.
