DJ Premier denied Justin Bieber from appearing on the 2011 BET cyphers

Bieber Fever took a backseat this past week as sources reveal the teenage sensation got the no-go from Premo when he requested to participate in this year’s 2011 BET cyphers. To clarify, DJ Premier has nothing against Justin Bieber as he states, but it appears Justin reached out to Ludacris to write rhymes for him which was the reason to be denied. We have the full audio of the DJ Premier speaking on it during his radio show and here’s a little excerpt of what he had to say:

“Justin Bieber even asked if he can do the cypher, and everyone was worried that might mess up the integrity of BET and I was like, yo as long as he got a dope rhyme let him spit, but then we heard he wanted Luda to write his rhymes, I was like oh no no no….if you ain’t writing your own rhymes you can’t do it, so Justin you got to take a back seat. You know what I’m saying, write your own rhymes honey.”
