Avant-garde high-fashion retailer Opening Ceremony celebrates the grand opening of its Tokyo location today, August 30th. The eight-story “conceptual department store” will serve as a kind of mini-mall for indie labels such as Nom de Guerre, Patrick Ervell, Sophomore, United Bamboo and of course the house label, to name a few. Opening Ceremony Japan also marks the brand’s first venture overseas.
