For all the dedicated readers out there, I’m sure you’ve been very updated on the Air Yeezy with all the sneak peeks that we’ve shown. But of course, as with all things Kanye related, it is never enough so we’re showing you another good shot of the famed, ultra exclusive shoes. This pair seems to be the same pair we’ve shown before, but we still don’t have any concrete info regarding the shoe. Come back for more info later.

On May 17th, over 500 skaters and spectators got together at the Manhattan Bridge Skatepark to honor and celebrate the 2nd annual Harold Hunter Day. In conjunction with this event, the non-profit Harold Hunter Foundation teamed up with the Zoo York Institute to design a limited edition Harold Hunter Day II commemorative deck and t-shirt, featuring pictures of Harold taken by acclaimed photographer, Giovanni Reda. Both are available at select New York retailers including Rival, Autumn, Everything Must Go, Richmond Hood Company, Blades, DQM, and Homage.
Also, a special bundled kit including the deck, t-shirt, and a signed copy of Reda’s “Harold Hunter: The Book” is available exclusively at KCDC. All proceeds will be donated to the Harold Hunter Foundation. This is a great opportunity not only to honor the legendary skater, but also to give back to the community.
We had a random night on Wednesday as all of a sudden we found ourselves in a club with shorts and backpacks hanging out with former 106 & Park 7 week Champion Jin, and Taiwanese actor/artist Van Ness Wu. What kind of nerds go clubbing in backpacks? This week’s staff picks include the most hyped phone EVER, 3G iPhone, the latest from Converse, Shop Gentei’s ring with Garni and Eliminator’s take on a Fred Perry classic.
