BKRW recently had a sit down with Jeff Stape of Staple Design during Bread & Butter Berlin. The interview was broken down into 3 parts involving:
Part 1: Childhood, Origins, and Roots…
Part 2: Street Culture, Internet, Nike…
Part 3: Staple Anniversary, Tribute, Strategy…
Jeff Staple definitely raised a very interesting points regarding Staple Design’s existence. Although each and every piece that comes off the drawing board of Staple has a pertinent message, only a few will care to find out that meaning. It’s our belief that the ability to derive meaning reflects a more fulfilling experience. BKRW has always done a great job with their interviews and this one is no exception. The quality of interviewee’s and the questions asked should leave you more satisfied knowing you can walk away enlightened. Essentially BKRW and the people they interview are able to offer up an accurate portrayal of what’s going on within this culture leaving you without the guess work.
