The European Nike P-Rod launch party was held in Paris last week. Here’s the story and pictures from Crooked Tongues:
“Nike held a launch party for the P-Rod in LA last month. Last week Paris was the location for the European launch. The free beverages, food and good music set the tone for a nice evening. The man himself Paul Rodriguez was also in attendance. The Mexican and LA inspired layout was an interesting look. The collaborative editions of the P-Rod were on display for us all to dribble over. I have to say they look sweet in the flesh. Each shoe featured impressive detailing and a very good use of materials. The lucky bunch that gave the P-Rod these awesome makeovers were Stash, Futura, Andy Jenkins, Marco Hernandez and Nike’s own Tinker Hatfield and Michael Hernandez.”

Because I believe that the message board is the best medium for communication on the internet, therefore I’ve decided to set one up! It’s pretty bare right now but it will definitely improve in time. You guys can use it to chat about sneakers, fashion or anything else that comes to your mind! There’s even a marketplace where you can sell your sneakers.
I will still be updating this page so don’t worry! The forum is just an extension of hypebeast where I hope that if I miss some news, other members will be able to post it there. 2 minds are better than 1 (but hopefully there will be more than 2 members)!
You’ll be able to access the forum on the right hand column below “About”.

The Nike Air Zoom FC from project “Tier 0” is out! Each of the city’s name (Paris, Tokyo, LA, NYC, London) is on the tongue. The artwork which is nicely applied on the heel and the soles of the shoe comes from the artist “OS Gemeos” who is from Brazil. This Nike Air Zoom FC also comes in a special shoe box.

Here’s a new Nike Classic SB in a Obsidian/Net colorway. It has a nice suede upper and the Zoom Air sole for good cushioning. These along with the Nike Fog Dunk SB highs are now available at activemailorder.
I found these from the 5th Dimension forum. They look pretty cool with the crazy colorway, snakeskin-like swoosh and the patent leather but have no idea what they are. Anyone know anything about these Nike Turtle dunks?
