Music legend Bruce Hornsby reaches out to Bon Iver frontman/architect Justin Vernon for his latest Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers. The former Grateful Dead collaborator’s latest song with The Noisemakers is entitled “Over The Rise,” and serves as the biggest record released in support of the forthcoming Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers album, Rehabv Reunion. REcently, Vernon’s old band DeYarmond Edison and Hornsby also teamed up to work on a cover of The Grateful Dead’s “Black Muddy River.” This new collaboration comes out a good time for Vernon, who rejuvenated his Bon Iver project this year. Rehab Reunion will arrive on June 17, and “Over The Rise” can be streamed below.
