Florence + The Machine Cover Ben E. King's "Stand By Me"

Final Fantasy recently released the trailer for their new game Final Fantasy XV, which will come out on September 30. On top of stunning visuals, the video features a Florence + The Machine cover of Ben E. King‘s classic hit song, “Stand By Me.” In addition, the clip features original compositions from video game composer Yoko Shimomura. Florence shares: “I’ve always seen Final Fantasy as mythical, beautiful and epic. ‘Stand by Me’ is one of the greatest songs probably of all time and you can’t really improve on it, you just have to make it your own. For me it was just about bringing the song into the world of Florence and the Machine and the world of Final Fantasy.” Watch the trailer above.
