Fresh Off The Boat with Eddie Huang: Shanghai – Part 2

Well-versed in both wiseguy quips and delicious dishes is Eddie Huang, here continuing his exploits in Shanghai for his Fresh Off The Boat series with VICE. After exploring the street food scene with a rather charming couple in the last episode, Huang teams up with the likes of food writer Jenny Gao and star chef Anthony Zhao for a more gastronomic perspective of the city. In addition to tasting a coffee made from animal droppings and a bowl of unique udon noodles, Huang also compares different versions of a Shanghai special – braised red pork.
