Patrick Martinez took to the most unconventional of places to display his work ahead of his upcoming “Buy Now Cry Later” exhibition set for next month. El Tapatio Markets – a Los Angeles-area institution — in Bell Gardens played hosted to both regular business and systematically placed art pieces, placed within the confines of the supermarket shelves. For the artist, some of his signature neon signs were the most obvious inclusions while imagery of 2Pac was also interspersed among the bakery counter.
