His luck is doubled when he pits the Berlinetta against its predecessor, the 599 GTO, to see where the new car fits in the realm of supercars. Driving through the landscape of London’s countryside, it’s easy to see that the F12 Berlinetta was designed purely for driving pleasure, and Bovingdon’s expression does well to sum up that sentiment.
