For Japanese lifestyle brand Muji, they’ve always held design in high regard spawning their Muji Award international design competition. In its third installment, close to 2,000 entries from 35 countries submitted entries. The top three awards can be seen here featuring a gold prize going to “Straw Straw” by Yuki Iida of Japan, the silver prize being awarded to America couple Ken and Eri Sugimoto’s “Trash Pack for Outdoors” while two bronze prizes were given to Joohhyun Kim of South Korea for his “A Precise Stapler” and “Grandpa’s Nail Hook” by Masashi Watanabe of Japan.
