Nike is running full-speed ahead with the Air Foamposite One as the silhouette continues to see action throughout the year. With looks like the “Metallic Copper” and “Black/Volt” set to drop later this year, plenty of excitement is brewing. However, it’s COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS’ third Air Foamposite One colorway that has attracted the most attention as of late.
Adding to the growing list of Air Foamposite One releases to track, Nike has just unveiled a “Dark Neon Royal” pair. Not to be confused with the rumored release of the “International Blue” colorway, this pair sports similarities but has a different SKU. A bright blue adorns the shoe’s signature shell while black enters the mix at the eyestays, tongue and collar. Blue detailing runs up the tongue and is located at the heel as the sole unit carries an icy translucent outsole to support the bulky sneaker.
At the time of writing, Nike has not confirmed when this “Dark Neon Royal” colorway of the Air Foamposite One will be releasing. That being said, it’s currently expected to land on shelves starting on September 13 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $240 USD.
