- Promotion Description: By participating in the giveaway prize competition (“Giveaway”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Giveaway terms and conditions herein (“Rules”), the relevant Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together with the decisions of Hypebeast Hong Kong Limited (“Hypebeast & Hypebae”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Hypebeast & Hypebae are responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Hypebeast & Hypebae with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.
- Eligibility: Open to United States residents of the location where the entrants are legally residing at, who are 18 years or older (unless otherwise specified elsewhere in the Giveaway). Any persons below age 13 or under is not permitted to submit any information in any event. Any persons aged between 13 to 17 may complete the social media prompt and submit details voluntarily but are not eligible to enter the Giveaway and win any prize(s) offered through this Giveaway. Entry is void where contrary to, prohibited or restricted by local law where that entrant is legally residing at the material time.
- Winner Selection: Prize for this Giveaway shall be provided by Hypebeast & Hypebae which is a Snapchat Megan Thee Stallion Hotties & Trotties Kit, with an estimated retail value of USD 200 per unit. Ten (10) separate winners of the Giveaway will be selected based on those who successfully complete the social media prompt and at random order, among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway period. Selection is conducted by Hypebeast & Hypebae or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Selected winner must reply by email within 24 hours of notification and acknowledge acceptance of the prize as directed by Hypebeast & Hypebae. If the selected winner did not respond or notification is returned as undeliverable, it may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). Entry and prize are not transferable to another individual, cash or alternatives will also not be offered.
- Prizes: Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 4-6 weeks of the Giveaway ending (except where there is delay in prize logistics and shipment arrangement that are out of Hypebeast & Hypebae’s control). Hypebeast & Hypebae reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize if a prize described in these Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Hypebeast & Hypebae makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, condition, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Hypebeast & Hypebae will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to physical addresses. P.O. Box address are not permitted or accepted. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the selected prize winner. Failure to comply with any of these Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Online Entry: The Giveaway period is opened from 4 March 2022 at 21:00am PST to 10 March 2022 at 11:59pm PST (“Promotional Period”). Entrant may enter the Giveaway by submitting their email address and other details which may be request through the Giveaway entry form provided during the Promotional Period. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified immediately. Internet entry must be made by the entrant personally. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, residential addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant will be immediately disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set herein. All Entries must be submitted before the end of the Giveaway Promotional Period in order to participate. Hypebae’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Giveaway.
- Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information submitted as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Hypebeast & Hypebae’s online privacy policy (https://hypebeast.com/privacy).
- Any personal information that entrants share with Hypebeast & Hypebae will be kept secure and used as per the Rules and aforesaid privacy policy. Entrants agree that all submitted information may be used by Hypebeast & Hypebae to administer this competition. For competition entries and opt-in to receive marketing communications from Hypebeast & Hypebae, the Data Controller (as defined under applicable data protection legislation) is Hypebeast & Hypebae (for further information, please refer to the respective privacy policy of Hypebeast & Hypebae - https://hypebeast.com/privacy; https://hypebae.com/privacy).
- Limitation of Liability: Hypebeast & Hypebae are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Hypebeast & Hypebae assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries.
- In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Hypebeast & Hypebae with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Hypebeast & Hypebae’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
- By entering the Giveaway, you as entrant agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Hypebeast & Hypebae and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of this Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway. Nothing in these Rules shall seek to limit or exclude liability on behalf of any of the Released Parties for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
