Following their Zed sunglasses release last year, ROKIT has teamed up with AKILA once again on a series of frames.

This time around the Los Angeles-based streetwear label has offered its take on the eyewear purveyor’s signature Apollo A 1922. The three limited-edition options highlight the chunky frame that serves as a contemporary expression of a classic silhouette. Each frame is constructed of eco-conscious acetate and is paired with flat “zero base” optical Class 1 nylon lenses with 100 percent UVA/UVB protection.

Branding on the sunglasses comes in the form of ROKIT’s logo on the right arm and the style code stamped on the left. Rounding up the design are durable five-barrel hinges with stainless steel temple cores for strength and flexibility.

Priced at $145 USD, the ROKIT x AKILA Apollo A 1922 sunglasses are available now in “Black Acetate/Orange Lens/Silver Hardware,” “Tortoise Acetate/Blue Lens/Silver Hardware” and “Neon Green & Black Acetate/Blue Lens/Silver Hardware” on AKILA’s website.
