A group of former CD Projekt Red developers who have worked on The Witcher 3 have now started their own studio called Dark Passenger and are working on a new video game based in feudal Japan.

While the game itself doesn’t have a name just yet, Dark Passenger’s website offers a first look at some of the artwork behind the project, and both Ben and Michalski say they’re looking to create an online multiplayer experience that features both PvP and PvE elements. Players will also move acrobatically like Titanfall and Apex Legends: “Our locomotion system will allow players to perform incredible [feats] such as running on arrows that were fired by other players, fast climbing on vertical surfaces with the use of shuko claws or using a yari spear like a pole to jump over obstacles. Engaging [in] close-ranged combat will demand as much dexterity as tactics and close cooperation with teammates.”

Unfortunately, other details revolving around the project remain scarce at this point and there’s no release window announced by Dark Passenger yet, so fans of The Witcher 3 should definitely stay tuned for more updates to come.

Elsewhere in gaming, Razer has unveiled its newly-designed low-profile Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard.
