The Super NES Classic Edition has been announced and to increase the hype, Nintendo released a nostalgic trailer for its old school product. In the trailer above, amongst the lo-fi visuals and mention of the system’s Super FX processor, we learn the system can change the border surrounding your game’s screen, be rewound mid-game like an emulator, and features suspend points that allow you spend currency to save a game.
The standalone mini console will contain 21 games, including masterworks such as Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Yoshi’s Island, and Star Fox 2, the unreleased sequel to the original Star Fox for SNES.
