“Art in the Streets” is a collaborative celebration of the arts through Cadillac and The Museum of Contemporary Arts in Los Angeles, California. The project resulted in the installation of three public murals by renowned artists, including graffiti artist Retna. This video, entitled “Retna: Creating The Unconventional,” gives us a behind-the-scenes look of the making of his mural as well as a glimpse into his graffiti background, creative influences and artistic philosophies. You can see the original piece yourself at the West Hollywood Library in LA. For more information on the “Art in the Streets” collaboration, visit their website here.
