Alchemist and Oh No reprise their Gangrene project and link up with Future Islands‘ Samuel T. Herring and Earl Sweatshirt for “Play It Cool.” Created for the forthcoming GTA V-inspired Gangrene album Welcome to Los Santos, the song serves as the LP’s lead single and a way for Alchemist and Oh No to announce their forthcoming project. It’s one of many big collaborations set to be included on the album, which boasts Killer Mike, Freddie Gibbs, Little Dragon, Phantogram and TV On The Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe as its guests. Gangrene’s Welcome to Los Santos will see release when the PC edition Grand Theft Auto V hits retailers on April 14 and will be released separately on April 21 via Rockstar/Mass Appeal.
