Funkmaster Flex throws on the instrumental for Mobb Deep’s “Survival of the Fittest” and Mac runs with it. Between this and his Flying Lotus-produced single, “S.D.S.,” Mac appears to have reinvented his persona for the better. In the freestyle, he even says that he “thinks this [album] might be some of his best work.”
