Italia Independent x Del Toro Shoes 2013 Collection

To coincide with the launch of Art Basel Miami in early December, contemporary shoemaker Del Toro will open a pop-up shop on Collins Avenue as a way to enhance the overall customer experience with new products and special collaborations. For the impermanent store’s inaugural drop we get a glimpse at a limited edition collection with Lapo Elkann’s Italia Independent that is comprised of a pair of shades and matching chukkas. While the retro-styled sunglasses feature a navy velvet front and cobalt suede arms, the chukkas also combine those two adjacent-hued materials with a white Margom sole, an Italia Independent nappa leather heel tab, and a laser-engraved logo on its back. The Del Toro Miami Beach pop-up store is open seven days a week now and until March 2014.
