Known as one of the web’s more popular independent music resources with expansive daily coverage on everything from hip-hop to experimental music, PITCHFORK TV adds another animated interview to its hilarious FRAMES series, this time featuring one of the original Clansman, GZA. In an episode directed and animated by Mack Williams, GZA reminisces on the times him and his cousin, RZA, would travel from Staten Island to the birth place of hip-hop, the Bronx, to get a glimpse at the outdoor block parties as a kid. Now if only GZA can turn this into a weekly series it will no doubt be an interweb favorite. Konichiwa HYPEBEASTs!
