Sigur Rós – Fjögur Píanó

Furthering the group’s Mystery Film Experience initiative — a project that has tapped a variety of diverse filmmakers to curate the group’s music videos for their album Valtari – Sigur Rós today releases the visuals for “Fjögur Píanó.” Directed by Anafelle Liu, Dio Lau and Ken Ngan, the submitted visuals reflect the obscure and solemn overtones of the track through a corporeal interpretation and restructuring of “one’s body.” Deepening the introspective mood that the audio track perpetuates, the video perhaps plays into the notion of being trapped inside one’s own body.
