Maripol Arama "Little Red Riding Hood" Book Launch

Artist Maripol Arama has influenced the way we look at pop culture for the past 30 years. Having created the signature looks of 80’s icons Madonna, Grace Jones and Debby Harry, Arama is most notably known for her work as a photographer with her Polaroid celebrity snapshots. Maripol’s work has now been embodied into a 240-page book entitled “Little Red Riding Hood” that has captured her work, illustrations and photographes the 80’s disco scene. The launch event and a book signing session will be held today at the newly opened BOOKMARC store.
