Shawn Yue is a Hong Kong actor and singer, also known as Yue Man Lok. Yue is also a former model, and founder of streetwear brand, MADNESS.
A recognizable face in Hong Kong pop culture, Yue was born and raised in Hong Kong, of Taishan descent. At a young age, he was scouted to be a model, and once he finished high school he became a full time model.
After a few years, he entered the Hong Kong entertainment industry and starred in several films. Yue starred in Initial D, which exposed him to the Japanese market and garnered many fans for him. He also has several studio albums, some featuring prominent Japanese singers.
In 2010, Yue founded his own label, COMMON SENSE, which specialized in collaborations with brands around the world. In 2014, Yue founded MADNESS, a platform for Yue to share his interests in fashion and lifestyle.
