Jacques Greene is still riding the waves of acclaim and attention following the release of his Phantom Vibrate EP a month ago, but the Canadian producer has already unveiled a new remix version of the EP to further boost his body of work. One of the remixes included in today’s release is a Yung Gud rework of Greene’s “No Excuse,” which flips the R&B and dance vibes of the original into something a bit more befitting of a rainy funeral soundtrack. The slouched, strung-out shuffle of Yung Gud’s remix is befitting of the Sad Boys banner, and surely a few extra tissues could be rung out thanks to this remix.
