Brooklyn-based artist Craig Costello recently worked alongside photographer Alessandro Simonetti and KRINK to create this beautiful new 36-page piece, Movement. Documenting the creation of two large-scale works by Costello, Simonetti’s photography provides an intimate view of the artist’s methods, the creation of the unique tools he uses to paint, and the striking vignettes of the final works. Included alongside the photos is an essay by Carlo McCormick as he looks at the evolution of Costello’s work, from street-set graffiti to abstract painting. Printed in black and white on uncoated stock and measuring 7.5” x 10”, Movement is now available via KRINK for $15 USD.
