NBC Fuels 'The Office' Revival Rumors With "Making A Strangler" Video

Is Toby really the Scranton Strangler?

Somewhat fueling the fire around rumors of a The Office (U.S.) revival, NBC delivers a 10-minute Making A Murderer parody for the notorious Scranton Strangler. In ”Making A Strangler,” the TV network combed through archived footage of the popular show to ”delve into the theory of whether mild mannered HR Rep Toby Flenderson could have been the infamous Scranton Strangler all along.” During the show’s nine seasons, the strangler was spotlighted several times, and was even sent to jail, partly thanks to Toby serving on the jury. But many fans suspected it was Toby all along. One Twitter user explored that theory earlier in this week.

Whomever you think it is, this fun video surely adds to the season 10 rumors. Back in December, a report came out stating NBC wants to revive The Office for 2018-2019 and will feature a mix of new and returning characters — no Steve Carrell however. So stay tuned for an official word.

In other TV news, Narcos is getting a video game adaptation.
